Aikido
Aikido movement emphasizes spherical rotation characterized by flowing, circular, dance-like motions. These pivoting, entering and circling motions are used to control and overcome the opponent. The principle of spherical rotation makes it possible to defend one self from an opponent of superior size, strength, and experience. Although Aikido movements are soft, rational, and smooth as in nature, by applying a bit of force, these can become devastatingly effective. The gentle quality of Aikido makes it appealing to men, women, and children. -AIKIKAI FOUNDATION

MooDukKwan Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a system of symmetrical body exercises or a system of techniques designed for self-defense and counterattack in unarmed combat, making use of the hands and feet as weapons. However, Tae Kwon Do is not merely a physical fighting skill - it is rather, a way of thought and life. Through strict discipline, Tae Kwon Do trains both the mind and body, placing great emphasis on the mind, self-discipline, kindness, and humility must accompany the physical grace.

Kenpo (ACKKS)
American Chinese Kenpo Karate is the creation of Grandmaster George Elmer of New Jersey. The American Chinese Kenpo Karate System [A.C.K.K.S.] is a unique conglomeration of Ed Parker's American Kenpo Karate, The Tracy Brothers' Chinese Kenpo Karate, and the unique innovations and elaborations of Mr. Elmer in regards to basics, techniques, sets & forms, and weaponry. Techniques are "the words of motion" that combine various basic movements into a series of actions that culminates in an effective defense against a given attack. -ACKKS Website
